About Me
I am a very silly, lighthearted individual who is also extremely intellectual. I think that most people would describe me as passionate and lively. I think deeply and see beauty in absolutely everything. Authenticity and integrity are core values of mine. I know all too well the pain of having this dimmed and controlled, which is where my passion for helping women heal comes in. Beyond mental health counseling, I am an avid nature-lover, bookworm, and spiritual enthusiast.
What is ‘Mother Rose’?
As the rose is considered a symbol of the feminine, Mother Rose can be thought of as the common thread that connects us all. The intention of this practice is to encompass the safety, security, and lightness of a rose garden. It is designed to be a place where women can truly let go, relax, and know that they are supported. I consider this to be a place of “coming home”, coming back to ourselves, and realigning with who we truly are.
