My Specialty
I wholeheartedly believe I was placed here to challenge and expand the narratives surrounding womanhood and motherhood. As a survivor and professional in maternal mental health, I understand how isolating these experiences can feel — and how rarely women feel safe sharing them. Here, you will find a space to be seen, understood, and supported as we navigate challenges together, whether they relate to motherhood, identity, relationships, or life transitions.
Common Themes I Work With:
A sense of pressure, coercion, or lack of autonomy regarding reproductive health
Grieving former lives, identities, and relationships
Maternal regret or challenges related to motherhood
Postpartum anxiety and/or depression
Medical trauma or grief surrounding the birthing experience
Perfectionism, burnout, or life-role pressures
Identity shifts, career transitions, or relational challenges
My work emphasizes processing these experiences fully before empowering women to tune in and decide their own next steps. It is this reconnection to self and reclamation of personal power that is most transformative and healing for struggling mothers.
