About Me
I am a very silly, lighthearted individual who is also extremely intellectual. I think that most people would describe me as passionate and lively. I think deeply and see beauty in absolutely everything. Authenticity and integrity are core values of mine. I know all too well the pain of having this dimmed and controlled, which is where my passion for helping women heal comes in. Beyond mental health counseling, I am an avid nature-lover, bookworm, and spiritual enthusiast.
What is ‘Mother Rose’?
As the rose is considered a symbol of the feminine, Mother Rose can be thought of as the common thread that connects us all. I wanted my practice to encompass the safety, security, and lightness of a rose garden. I want it to be a place where women can truly let go, relax, and know that they are supported. I consider it be a place of “coming home”, coming back to ourselves, and realigning with who we truly are.
